I submitted my passports today they told me it need 3 weeks to be ready if not more

It is nothing up to know. I do not know why they stopped to send the golden email, maybe they are in holeday.

I was absent for a very long time...because nothing happened till now. I received my MR on 15.12.2014. Since 09.01.2015 my ECAS is:
1-We received your application for permanent residence on June 24, 2013.

2-Medical results have been received.

And nothing till now...
could someone advise me why it takes so long time to get the golden email?

you are fsw while we are qsw, the processing of your application is different from ours. in your case they do security after medical so it will take a while . once they add a line 3- we start processing your application on ----- then you can expect email for passport submission

I would ask about the avarage time now after they started really processing our profiles,how long it takes now to receive golden email,for qsw, my application started processing in 30 march 2015 for the PR.

If i get married,what will happen then,and will they really recalculate my points? and if i didnt get enough points,will they refuse my application?

Could you please advise if your file is in Bucharest office like us? Did you receive the medical test request? What is your ecas status? I can understand from your post that it is in process, right? Your file was received in Dec 2014, right?

I dont know where is my profile actualy,and in my CSQ it mentioned in Amman,and all what i got is email telling me that my profile in process starting from 30 March 2015,and yes i sent it in the end of November.

Please if any one knows answering my questions,it would be appreciated.

You can know where your file is from the email you received. It should say if it is Bucharest or Amman visa office. Did you check your ecas? You can check there if your file is in process or not. What did the email you received say exactly? Did it just say that your file became in process without asking for anything else? Usually when your file becomes in process you should receive the request to do the medical checks.

As for the time frame after receiving the medical, it usually takes around three months to get the visa but there is no fixed rule. Some friends here received it in much shorter time.

If you get married now I think things will get complicated for you. I think your file would be reassessed according to your wife's qualifications in addition to yours. Maybe it is better to get the PR first then get married and apply for a family reunification.

all amman's office files are treating in Bucharest this is confirmed . I think they sent email notifying you that your file has been transferred to Bucharest office for faster processing you need around 1 year from that email
