you do not have many options . you need to enter Syria as you get out.Then either you wait for the visa in Syria or exit Syria in a legal way .Do not think so much because what you did may destroy your immigration dream. Nobody can help you in this situation even dr. Tarek . I wish that you can fix it soon

dear mft25,i told him that,i told him that he should enter Turkey legal way with the turkish stamps on the passport or enter to syria and stay there until get the visa ,i adviced him that believe me,everyone knows that it is illegal, it is right that i am in Turkey now but i enter and get out from it legal way,i have stamps on my passports and Bucharest knows that ,i informed them about my mailing adress and they replied to me ,it was 6 months ago,and now when i get update i will fill traveling form and indicate all my travels to turkey ,but regarding kita i dont know ,i adviced him as u said ,he is a mature man and know what he should do.

It is very encouraging to see people getting updates from the Embassy. It gives us all hope in a time when we lost it...almost.

I have a question if you please: in point number 6 of my email, they are asking me about my military exemption card. As many of you are from Syria, we have a military service book. I am an only male child and hence I am exempted from military service. However, I cannot send them the original book since this it is the only thing I have about my military record. What if I need it next year for my passport renewal in Syria. Or for anything else.

Can I send them translated version with a copy? or do I have to send the original? I'm at a loss of what to do. As I am not living in Syria now, I cannot get a document from the military stating that I am exempted.

Any advise would help. Thanks in advance.

You can visit your milatry department with your bouclet and ask them for :

Make sure not to mention that u need it for an embassy. You can see that u got a job in a private company. Also, ask them to be letterheaded with:

Moaz,acoustica,when i sent my first federal ,i sent them like that,
u can translate ur military record booklet from arabic into english or french and at the last page is written u r exempted and the date ,after that this translater sworn on it ,just copy ,not original,this is enough my dear.,
OR if anyone in syria now , u can go to to ur military department and ask about بيان وضع عسكري but this can not give u unless there is خطاب موجه من قسم الهجرة و الجوازات ,يعني وقت انا طلعتو .قالولي بالحرف الواحد انو نحنا ما فينا نكتب هل شي بس هيك .نحنا لازم نوجه الخطاب للجهة الي بدك ياها انت ,التلون خارج القطر ,الولي مستحيل,الولي منوجه اذا بدك للهجرة و الجوازات ,و كتبو البيان انو الى دائرة الهجرة و الجوازات نحيطكم علما انا الشخص ....... معفى من الخدمة العسكرية كونه دافع بدل نقدي قيمته ..... من مصرف ..... و رقم الايصال ...... بتاريخ .... و بختمولك عليه

Dear Kita, I don't agree with our friend mft. You are now in Turkey and you have to be clear about this with the Canadians. First of all you will have to go to the Turkish authorities to get a status. You should be considered as a refugee now because you entered illegally. The Canadians understand that such a situation may happen in any part of the world. You will be able to live in Turkey with the refugee status. When your turn comes to get the visa you can get it with no problems. Any refugee has the right like anyone else to apply for immigration.
Keep in mind that as a refugee in Turkey you will have to give your thumbprints which will be shared with the EU countries. This means that you won't be able to apply for asylum there.
