Dear All
Hope you are fine Kindly need your help for the list question below , I'm preparing my papers now to send it but need to check the below :
1 Additional Family Information "IMM5406E"
Do I need to put my Brother ,sister ,Father & Mother information even if they will not be with me ?
2 Immigration office requested for processing this application?
Amman office or Bucharest ?
3 my work in lenbanon for different periods less than 6 month each time
where do I need to put it : in supplementary information for travel in "IMM5562E" Form & Adress in"IMM5669E" Form only it is enough , I think no need to listed in IMM0008ENU_2D ?
4 CAIPS FileCheck - Canada Immigration Application Status check
what do you know about this service ?
waiting for your feedback and thanks in advance
BR
Dear Mohieddin
1- yes you need to mention all your relatives even they are not going with you
2- Amman office
3- you need to print excel sheet and fill it then attach it
4- caips is the system where all information about your file is stored plus any updates by officers

Dear mft25

Thanks a lot for your reply for the below you mean :

1- yes you need to mention all you relatives even they are going with you:
you mean even if they will not go with me I need to list them

2- amman office
ok I will put Amman office

3- you need to print excel sheet and fill it then attach it
for this part I need to be clear I will list this periods in travel and living but no need to put it in

-"IMM5562E"
I will list my travel periods

-"IMM5669E"

I will list it in the address table

-"IMM0008ENU_2D" generic application form for Canada
as put it in the form :
previous countries of residence " during the past five years have you lived in any country other than your country of citizenship of your current country of residence for more than six months ?

in this one they are talking about total period or each time so do I need to put it here also or no need ?

sorry for my questions but I need to be accurate in my papers to avoid any delay

thanks a lot

Best Regards

i think they dont mean total periods , just if any period is 6 months and more , they ask u this question in order to know if any period lasts more 6 months, then they will ask for police certificate from the country where u lived more than 6 months, but if u dont live (6) consecutive months or longer, then they will not ask u about police certificate, they will just check on ur travels if u have any criminal records thereor not.i understand u well,ur travels r like that coz lebanon is very close to syria and u can go without visa,u can explain them that in separate paper, these people understand everything and they r very cooperatives.like me go to turkey many times coz it is very close to my city where my parent live
this is quote from their site about police ceritificate:
Police certificates
You and your family members who are 18 years of age and older and are not permanent residents or Canadian citizens must provide:
valid police certificate, or
police clearance, or
record of no information.
These documents are to be provided for each country other than Canada, in which you have lived for six (6) consecutive months or longer since reaching the age of 18.
this is what i understand and maybe i am wrong ,this is my opinion.if someone has any idea ,mft25 or anyone ,please comment.
regards

for point number one even not going with sorry for miss typing
for you work if you work for different companies in Lebanon then you should mention them all with period of work. now the total of six month for countries your lived in so it depend on your visa you got to enter Lebanon. if they were visit visas and less than 6 months each visit no need to mention but if you have work permit or residence then it counts as total and you need to get police certificate
