Hey Dr. traek , in federal file i provide police certificate syria and MS completion certificate and no family record , about France i never been in France but i got Master Degree from French university, but i studied it here in syria it was Co-diplom program between Damascus and Bordeaux university .. maybe for that they asked about it ......

yeah,it is strange,u have never been in France ,but u have Master from France,so they asked police certificate,they should not ask about that unless if u have been there more 6 months as written in their website,but maybe u didnt explain them that u studied here in syria and it was program between Damascus and Bordeaux university,u should explain them that in separate letter coz my dear u can not get french police certificate without permit residence ,u have to show French embassy or authority that u had visa and permit residence in order to give u police certificate,so i think u have to explain Bucharest about that.regarding military exemption ceritficate,i asked u about that coz i submitted it with my federal file and also translated my military servic record ,so it will be very strange if they ask me about it again,coz it is logically that i am abroad at first and i sent it them with first federal file.did u serve in army or u r exempted ?

they didn't ask any certificate when I applied
did they ask MS for each one ???

actaully ,they ask about military service if u served or exempted,if u served ,so u have to send them copy of military service record with translation,if not ,so send it also with translation coz it will be written why u r exempted,when i sent my first federal ,i sent my military record with transaltion and i sent also a paper from Center for of Immigration and Passports in syria prove that i am exempted and how much money i paid for it coz i was abroad for 7 years.
but any way dont worry my dear,u can explain them it with separate letter,these people r very cooperative and they know everything about each country,just be accurate and clear with them ,dont worry my dear Ali

Dear Ali, as Dr. Tarek said, you can provide them with the military booklet or the military card even though the data at the conscription department was lost. All Iraqis do this and they are getting visas. Amman office deals with thousands of such Iraqi files and I think Bucharest office now has the same experience.

I just want to clarifiy to everyone here what they mean in the email about this phrase ( your application is still subject to admissibility checks and verifications that are deemed necessary).this is a quote from their official website:

so dont worry about that,as u noticed in their website,admissibility consists from Medical examenation and Security check, as mft25 said,it is just routin update,nothing else,they want to know where u r now and how many countries u have visited in order to doing security check about u and if police certificate required

Dear Ahmad, it is strange that they asked for an exemption certificate while you served in the military. Did you explain in your personal history last time that you did a military service? Maybe their email is just a standard one and they just copied and pasted it and sent it to you. You need to make it clear in your personal history that you had a military service. They may ask you in this case to provide them with a copy of your military booklet because this is an important issue in doing the security checks.

yeah,it is strange as Mike said ,i am agreed with mike ,it seems like a standard email ,they copy it and send to all applicants ,they just review documents if there r any missing documents,then they wait for new forms to see where u live now and which countries u have visited in order to do security check and send u Medical instructions which Centers approved in the country where u live.they saw ur Master from France ,thats why they asked from u police certificate from France.I have sent them exempted certificate and military record with translation together with first my federal file ,so it will be ridiculous to ask me to send them military service exempted certification again.

kita,as mft25 said before,u must enter Turkey legally with turkish stamps on ur passport,now how can u travel from Turkey to Montreal if u get visa without stamps enter in turkey??they will not permit u that?they will tell u that u enter turkey without passport illegally,if u have an expire passport,u have to renew it anyway in order to send it to Bucharest vo,they will ask about it,and if bucharest vo asked u where r u now,what will u say them?in Turkey or in Syria????
