Dear Kita, I don't agree with our friend mft. You are now in Turkey and you have to be clear about this with the Canadians. First of all you will have to go to the Turkish authorities to get a status. You should be considered as a refugee now because you entered illegally. The Canadians understand that such a situation may happen in any part of the world. You will be able to live in Turkey with the refugee status. When your turn comes to get the visa you can get it with no problems. Any refugee has the right like anyone else to apply for immigration.
Keep in mind that as a refugee in Turkey you will have to give your thumbprints which will be shared with the EU countries. This means that you won't be able to apply for asylum there.

I am not saying that his situation can not be fixed but it will take long time and for immigration process it is dangerous since he need to fill forms in a limited time . I wish that you are right and they can just stamp his passport as easy as you say . i think he asked about that step and he know it is difficult otherwise he would not have problem

Hello guys..

this might be a useful info regarding military service documents, when i sent my federal documents about 3.5 years ago, i sent a translation of my military booklet, i haven't served or been exempted from military, i was just deferring my service as a master student. When they requested the documents update a couple of days ago, they didn't ask me for any military documents, so don't worry about this issue.. if they demand it, just translate the booklet (especially the exemption, last deferring, or end of service page) and that will be enough for the embassy.

If you served in critical military domain.. such as chemical war or so.. then they will likely invite you for another interview

I was just against the idea of him returning to Syria in an illegal way. This may put him in danger on the road and may cost him a lot of money. I hope kita can get an advice from an expert, like a good lawyer, because making a mistake in such a situation could affect his application negatively.

اما اذا الشخص دخل تهريب وبقي بالبلد وما سلم حالو يعتبر الشخص خارج عن القانون وهو غير موجود اساسا .. لان اذا افترضنا الشخص هرب من سوريا وبدو يحتمي بتركيا على القليله بتدخل بجوازك السوري على تركيا وبتالي صار دخولك لتركيا مبرر وفيك تحط سبب عدم وجود ختم سوري اثناء الخروج هو التخوف من السلطه في حاله العوده لسوريا .
بالنهايه لازم يكون وجود الشخص بالبلد الو مبرر وبحالتك داخل تهريب وماعندك اثبات انو انت موجود بهل بلد يعني رح يسبب الك مشاكل لانو بجوز ارتكبت جرم بالبلد يلي انت موجود فيه وانت هربان حاليا ورح يطلب هل شي تاخير بملفك وحتي يمكن يطلب مقابله جديده متل ما بصير مع الاشخاص لمى بروح على العسكريه خلال فتره الفيدرال ويلي بتطلب مقابله تانيه قبل المديكل .
نصيحه ارجع ادخل على تركيا بختم مبرر لانك تملك الجواز السوري والا رح يصير معك مشاكل ز

دكتور على، أعتقد ان الخدمة لمدة ثلاث شهور يجب ان تذكر بالملف لأنهم يركزون على اي خدمة عسكرية حتى ولو بسيطة ولو كانت فترة تدريب فقط. اذا استطاعوا ان يحصلوا على هذه المعلومات من أي مصدر دون ان تذكرها انت بالملف فقد يسبب لك ذلك مشكلة.
يكفي ان تذكر انك خدمت هذه المدة البسيطة وما هي طبيعة الخدمة.
اذا كان عندك دفتر الخدمة القديم بامكانك ان تعطيهم نسخة عنه للتأكد من المعلومات ولتيسير عملية التشييك.

اذا ما سافرت على فرنسا بعد ما قدمت لاحكم عليه فلا تحتاج اليه مرة اخرى .خلص بكفي لاحكم عليه هو الي قدمتو من الاول
و بالنسبة لل 3 اشهر انا اتفق ما محمد ,فيك تكتبلون ياها و توضحلون برسالة صغيرة مرفقة مع الطلب توضحلون هل شي و هنن بتفهمو الوضع ,مرة اخرى بقول هدول الناس فهمانين الاوضاع و ما هن قليلين خبرة,هدول ناس عم يتعاملو مع الاف الملفات من مختلف انحاء العالم و هنن بعرفوا شو عم يصير بي بلادنا ,المهم واحد يكون واضح مش اكتر و لا اقل

لكني في 2011 لم اكتب شئ عن الخدمة العسكرية,اني اخشى اذا الان كتبتلهم موقف خدمتي العسكرية,قد يتصورون اني لم اكن صادقا معهم في بادئ الامر.

اعتقد يا دكتور انه من الافضل اخبارهم انك لم تكن على علم بوجوب ذكر فترة التدريب العسكري عندما أرسلت طلبك في 2011. على كل حال هم على علم ان جميع الذكور في العراق قبل السقوط كانوا ملزمين بالخدمة العسكرية عند بلوغ سن ال 18. يعني هم سوف يسألوك بكل الأحوال عن هذا الموضوع وسوف يطلبون تبرير لأي جواب من طرفك. اذا لم يكن لديك دليل على اعفائك من الخدمة سوف يطلبون سبب التأجيل. اذا كان دفتر العسكرية موجود تصبح الأمور سهلة بالنسبة لهم أما اذا لم يكن موجود فلا أعرف ما هي طرق دراستهم للملف عندها.

for sure guys i mentioned that i've completed the military services , as in the form it shouldn't include times gaps , so why they asked me again ? i dont know,,,, , but they asked my friend the same ... but i will send them the completion certificate ,,, like i did when i applied for Federal ,, sure they are copying e-mails ...

by the way anyone here know if the they open the courier in DHL or Aramex ... ?
means is our courier is viewed by anyone ,,, i am sure you understand what i mean ...
