Ohh, I guess they're going to ask you to come in for an interview. You could always send in more pictures and proof of communication between you and your spouse. I think the reason they recommended you for an interview is because they think your marriage is not genuine etc. so hopefully sending more proof will help.

How much more genuine do they want me to get? We have a baby who is turning 1 years old who has not yet met her daddy because some stupid officer who isn't even Canadian wants to judge my marriage that's a bunch of bull if you ask me

I'm sorry, I didn't know that.
I know they can be very cruel and heartless. They had originally asked me to wait until January 2017 and if I didn't hear anything by then, to contact them. Needless to say, we have been waiting since November 2012!
It's such an abuse of power.
Do they know you have a dependent? Have you visited since your baby was born?

Yes I emailed them before and after my baby was born begging for my husband to be with me and they tossed like it was nothing, I have sent in birth certificate and everything and still it's like nothing matters and what really makes me mad they still think it's not a genuine marriage.

I have not visited since because I refuse to put my child in a dangerous situation, if they really give us an interview I hope I can get time off to go see this visa officer in person and give them a piece of my mind. Sooo aggrevated right now but I still have to think positive and pray a miracle happens and they waive the interview.

I guess I will take your advice and flood them with our endless viber conversations if that's what they want. It's very depressing to be talking to your husband and you literally hear a explosion and you express your concerns through your MP and they won't even listen to them. God help us. Nuffield said

Trust me, I soooo understand what you're saying. If it was possible, who wouldn't want to visit or live there with the whole family together?
Anyway, best of luck and yes I don't see why they'd think your relationship is not genuine even after having a baby--just ridiculous. Praying for all of us to get through this stupid long process ASAP

No I haven't, and Kabul is not a place for our baby. I'm not risking our baby's health or safety to prove to an Indian that I really am married. I'm going to send in more proof and see if that helps. Afghan nationals need more attention, I can't believe 2015 Indian applicants are getting visas.....absurd

That would be a good idea. When I sent mine in..I took screenshots of our Skype video call and chats, screenshot of tango, viber and whatsapp from the beginning of getting to know each other to present. Have you seen your MP often?

The funny thing is I already sent all my conversation from skype, email etc with my application. God this is so annoying

they may most likely ask you to do DNA.
