hey can u plz tell me where in GCMS notes i could find abt interview ??

Cuz in my gcms notes its mention only in one place INTERVIEW : English

It usually says that on the very last page under "notes" it will show you whether or not an officer has looked at your file and what they think. The part you mentioned INTERVIEW : English is what you filled out on the original application...it's the same for everyone.

I know It's kind of scary too. Their case had originally gone to Islamabad 3 years ago... so they already spent 3 years waiting for nothing. And i'm so happy that your interview got waived.. I hope my husband's does too inshahallah!

Could anyone with same experience help me understand what to do please? My husband received an email from NDVO for remedical today.

There is only one attachment called "Re-assessment form" and they are asking for below. where do we get the rest of the forms?

Chest Xray with report
Completed MEDICAL REPORT CHEST X-RAY REQUISITION AND REPORT form (Page 5 and 6 of IMM5419).
Duly completed Re-assessment Form (this we got as attachment but do we fill it or the physician?)

Listen, one you finish attesting or verification of your tazkira and nikakhat from the ministry of foreign affairs, and you get a confirmation number for police clearance, then you send everything to your wife or spouse, she will verify it at the consulate or embassy in canada.

The rest of the forms are in CIC website.... If your spouse does not know, she can contact local community service to help her and they will go through document check list what you need...

You can mail your documents to your spouse, she can attest it at consulate, and make a copy of it... After completing all the forms, she can mail to CIC OFFICE....

Listen, you finish the original nikakhat and tazkira, then forward the originals to your spouse to attest it at consulate after you finished it at the ministry of foreign affairs...

Next your spouse take a photocopy of it, and she will send the copy of nekahkhat and your tazkira with your forms to CIC...plus she has to send the original police clearance when she get it from embassy which you start and finish in Kabul, then you give the confirmation number and she will pick up at consulate...

No, originals are needed for attesting... You do it first at Kabul, and then she will verify it at the consulate once you sent it to her....
It is a 2 step process... Once there and once here.... Next she takes a copy and mail it to CIC...

No, you have to send original police certificate, Nikah Khat and Tazkira can be copied after attesting and mailed with forms; if they ask you in the future, then you mail it to them, otherwise it could get lost... They would accept copies for file purpose as long the original is attested by ministry and consulate...
