Afghanistan Spouse Sponsorship thru India

I had read somewhere in NDVO Topic of 2013, that there was a rumour of NDVO working on easy ones and clearing those before anything else.

so maybe they are actually doing that. I see even Nov & Dec 2013 applications getting their Visa's already.

Can anyone tell me why we should have an address in Pakistan or India? I have a relative in India but none in Pakistan.
Second, how to send passport from Afghanistan to India or Pakistan, FidEx will be acceptable ? Thanks

They dont send passports to Afg tats y only pak or india.... and FeDex or TCS both are accepted.

Just a quick question about new Afghani passport's my wife has the old type of Afghani passport which is gonna expire soon and now they have this new type of passports in Afghanistan it looks like Canadian passports, if she go and update her passport will she get the same passport number or not and incase if she gets a new passport number will that cause an issue with CIC or not.

only if your spouse lives in india, can you use address from there,
other than that, all afghan nationals must provide pakistan address

If anything provide new passport and photocopy of old passport

She will have a different passport number,all you need to do is to update her file with cic
