Afghanistan Spouse Sponsorship thru India

Salam to all,
I have not been to the stage of passport request as of yet, however I am hoping to receive passport request soon and for all bakhair. In my opinion, one should provide either Pakistani or Indian address regardless of where you live. Afghanistan address is not acceptable because they can not post passport to Afghanistan.

Just a question: after how many days of DM did you receive passport request? I checked my ecas on 2nd August and it says in process on 29 July and decision is made, the office will contact you. Iam curious because I can't open my spouse's ecas (applicant) since the decision is made, but I can open mine. Iam not sure if it is normal for all.

As far as I know they say if your spouse resides in Afghanistan you should provide address in Pakistan ! Only if your spouse lives in India then you provide indian address ! 2nd after DM it takes a few weeks to get a passport req! Inshallah soon you'll get it !

What is your timeline bro? And so far, few members who have gotten PPR have gotten it at least 3 weeks after DM. So inshAllah you will hear from them in the next couple of weeks. Congrats!

salaam outlandish do u get PPR ? After how long ur ecase changed from IP to DM coz mine still IP we send the re med on 25 July but still no DM

this is the point i think they do background checks so time varies for many. just a guess

Congratulation's to the one's who have received passport request, can you guys please tell after how long of decision made you have received PPR and also did you received it by letter, email or by phone for PPR request cause my wife's ecas was changed to Decision Made in mid June and we haven't heard anything from them yet.

I got my PPR between 3-4 weeks after DM and all the communication is by email.

that's for you lawyer or representative who can pick up your passport from the courier office for you.

no because it was eid when i got ppr, so my hubby couldn't get visa to go to pakistan until end of holidays. so he hasn't sent it yet,
