Congrats very happy for you ! If you ever come back to the forum did you stay in India after your interview ? How long did take them to give u the visa after the interview ? How did they contact you

I don't know what to say it's 7th year of our case running. now i check forum once in a month...
I am sure your all guys works will be done. but mine might complete it's 10th anniversary of Canada Delay Visa Awards INSHALLAH .

quick question. So were you still in India when they asked for your passport? did they call you to pick up your visa with passport or did they mail it to you. which address did you use (family/relative or hotel)?

Dear Hope 123, AFG Boy my Dear friend Nick_ AFG, Sadaf jan and the rest of respected forum members, first of all thanks for the best wishes and hope you guys all get good news bakhair soon inshahullah, as far as your questions, yes our visa officer was a Canadian lady once she introduce her self she said I fill finalize your application so as she said at the end of interview after cross examination she approved our case and due my wife medical expiry we had to do the remed again and as soon as she said we get the medical updated we will issue your visa so as soon as medical updated we got a call from immigration that your passport is ready with visa and a copr document and we collect our pass it took about two week after interview and we stayed the all time in India.

my Afghan fellows and respected forum members this will be my last post and we are leaving for Kabul jan and than Home to Canada bakhair, as they say once chapter is closed other chapter is open so from now on I will be enjoying my family life, no immigration BS.

once again all my best wishes to all of you and hope you guys get to this point soon bakhair and be reunited with your love once and family my Duhaa and best wishes goes to All of you my Afghan fellows and all forum members. keep me on your duhaas always please . last post and best to every one. It would not count on them responding. I got an automated reply which said they will only reply if your case is outside "processing time" and when you call them they tell you to email them. Its just a very polite and rich version of our beloved Afghanistan government except no "commission karrs" to help you out. InshAllah somebody here has another suggestion.

no sponsor is the Canada citizen or PR sponsoring the spouse and bringing him/her to Canada
the person being sponsored is the principal applicant or applicant

salaam hope_123 I so happy for u dear sister , don't worry they ll contact u by mail or email if the the phone is not working , you are mahshallha almost there , finely I got my note but all I see is open and in progress I don't see anything about the marriage is genuine or not and am I in interview q or not it is 42 pages I don't understand most of it any help appreciated
