Salam Dear Afghanboy,
hope all is well with you, family and love once, as you mention on your previous post that your brother spouse got interview letter for the month of June to attend interview in New Delhi. same here bro my wife got letter as well on April to attend interview in New Delhi, we are at 32 month time frame on June so we will see what happen ( Whatever is Allah Karim well ) I left Canada already to get to Kabul and go with her to the interview, I am in Europe now to visit family here, at the end of this month i will leave for Kabul to get ready for india's trip hope to get good result out of this bakhair inshahullah. please communicate with me via inbox or email me through ( a_attahi@yahoo.ca ) we can share the date and time of interview to see who will be the first we can share some experiences to get ready for it, it will be good for all of us. looking forward to hear from you
regarding the timeline I should say that by law and rules and guideline of immigration Canada if the visa office for Afghans are from now India permanently than it will follow the India timeline which is 13 month for step 2 once the step 1 is approved or once the file reaches the visa office, if this is the temporary fix to reduce backlog or workload - redistribution than it will follow the original timeline which is 32 month since the CHC - ISL was the primary visa office for Afghans , its new we have to wait and see what is the final verdict for Afghans are CHC - ISL or CHC - India its so confusing and massed up you cant figure out really what is going on, some cases are transferred to New Delhi and some cases are still in Islamabad its all over. they have to straight the processing guideline its crazy for applicant and its unfair. its part of their stupid agenda called ( Work sharing and modernizaition of immigration system ) it was introduced by Jason Kenny previous minister and Global Case Management system or ( GCMS ) was implemented at the same time as well on 2010 so on wards.
in my personal opinion with the amount taxes they take from us in Canada, they should have a complete functional mission in AFG to look after the Afghan applicants, its unsafe, costly and unfair to have us travel to Pak, India and God knows where else to get the damn visa for our families and love once, but as same once said in this forum , we all have to dance on their tune. any way long story - short please communicate with me regarding above matters see what you thinks, Khodah Hafiz for now.
Regards,
Cvimm
