Hey Guys

Thought we could have a thread about reasons why people have had their whole applications sent back by mail to make corrections for current and future applicants :)

Oh no. The worst!
Not only that, they mixed someone's papers in my file who applied one day after I did and returned his app due to these missing papers. I think that was even worst. I posted his papers on his address and then get in touch with him to figure out when he applied and how papers got mixed. So, then found out his application was returned because of missing papers that were mixed by cic in my file.

The papers mix up is a very serious privacy breach. Did you report it to IRCC? They have to investigate and make sure it does not happen again.

How do you report, however the only option is to call cic agent and wait for 45 minutes to get connected? This is the only option which didn't work but I believe the other person reported it.
Yes, it is definitely breach of someone's privacy and confidential information.

Summary version of Notice of Assessment submitted instead of full Notice of Assessment

Use of a Representative Form not included when PA mailing address and residential address are listed in 2 different countries

It is not something unusual: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...nformation-act-privacy-act-2016-2017.html#a17

Here are recommendations on how to report:

Which one is the full version of the NOA? Because the ones we received on the mail were 4 pages long and had the line 150 (total income) which is required as per IRCC website.

That is the full version. The summary version doesn't have line 150 and is only 1-2 pages

The photos were not the right size from chin to forehead
