I have received email from CIC that I am selected to sponsor my parents. I have a question regarding IMM5669 - Schedule A - Background Declaration -- which is required to be filled by Principal Applicant - my mother is not able to read and write English so I can fill form for her and she can sign it or should I need to fill the representative form as well. I am sponsoring my parents is it better for me to be a representative? please advise.

Yes, you can fill the form on her behalf in English, but you do need to put names of her family members in native language. Read the post for more information https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/a-guide-for-preparing-parents-sponsorship-immigration-application.569846/
Also, you should attach Use of Representative form with application, put yourself as your parents representative, otherwise IRCC will ask for this document at later stage.

For further queries related to your application, feel free to ask questions on below group:

Folks you can probably help me
there is a question on Generic Application form for Canada: about stay in any country more than 6 months

My father stayed in Canada for a year. He stayed 5 months and we visited USA before his 6 months term. After coming back from USA we got stamp on his passport and he spent another 5 months after.

Now the question is: Will this be considered as continuous more than 6 months stay or not?

Question regarding Financial Evaluation (IMM 5768): I was working as IT contractor from 2014, 2015, 2016 and moved to employment in mid 2016 since then I am on employment. I incorporated myself and was billing through my corporation. As you know corporation financial years start from July and end Jun next year and Personal tax year is Jan to Dec. In this scenario how I fill employment history;
example 01:
2014-07-01 to 2015-06-30 xxxxx $$$$$$
2015-07-01 to 2016-06-30 xxxxx $$$$$$
2016-07-01 to 2016-12-31 xxxxx $$$$$$

example 02:
2015-01-01 to 2015-06-30 xxxxx $ (how to break total amount just divide by 2 etc please advise.)
2015-07-01 to 2015-12-31 xxxxx -------------------------------------

I don't understand your question. Your personal income is what's being counted. I am sure you got paid an income as "employed" by your company or you get some kind of dividend. Or you can be filed as self employed but you still have NOA for your personal tax.

You employment history is about who is your employer and at those times, you are your own employer, correct? (btw you can hold 2 jobs, so there can be over lapping time while you are employed by your own (IT contractor) and by your new employer (your new job since 2016).

Thank for your reply YVR123, yes I got paid myself as Employee and it went to my personal NOA and reset of 50% was a dividend. My company NOA Balance Sheet contains company total income and what company paid to his employee (that is me as a employee).

I want to enter my total annual income which I have received through my company and company NOA based on July to Jun. I need guidance how incorporate company income in 5768 form. hope i have made my point to understand

What @YVR123 is trying to explain to you is that all what matters is the taxable income showing up in line 150 of your Notice of Assessments for personal taxes for year 2017, 2016, and 2015. If there is any income/ dividend you didn't report for a particular year, then you can't do much except report that income now and wait for CRA to get back to you after a reassessment, but that could take time.

Also, I will suggest you to post you query on the following link, you will get even more helping hands there:

thanks for your reply. line 150 contains for 2015 NOA is low and it is the amount which I have received as a employee from my own company. Income for 2016, 2017 is on higher side of financial minimum income for sponsorship. 2018 NOA will also be good iA. If I add my spouse income for 2015 then I am good do I need to co-sponsor form as well or just mentioned overall family income without co-signer because I dont need co-signer for 2016, 2017 and 2018. Please advise.

You need to add your wife as co-signer. And thus need to fill in the cosigner form. You add one for the application not for a specific year.

Furthermore, my wife last working year was 2015 after that she is not doing any work enjoying her life :) Zero NOA for 2016 & 2017. will be feasible to have her on co-sponsor

That's fine.
2015 yours + wife's
2016 yours + wife's (i.e. 0)
2017 yours + wife's (i.e. 0)

It's easy to add 0 to yours.
