apply with the dependentsDo you single person or you apply with dependents?
Don’t want to disappoint you but pre-arrival is poorly named and doesn’t actually indicate you are close to landing which leads to lots of confusion. It is an administrative step that can be received at any point. It is great that eligibility is completed.Yes
Pre arrival and eligibility
Processing for PR is multiple years so even if processed concurrently it can be quite a while. Assume outside Quebec. Due to yearly quota limitations and the volume of applicants processing is taking longer. All you can do is wait and at least celebrate that you are part of the pilot program so will have a much shorter period until reunification compared to many other who will often have to wait years longer than your family.apply with the dependents

Thank you for your answer but I ask about @ Littlebeeeapplied with dependents

I get it and you have this multiple times! I was just answering a question. Also in my opinion receiving any update or letter from them actually indicates at least they are working on it. Each time I saw your messages about receiving an update from IRCC, it genuinely lifted my spirits—it gave me hope knowing that progress was being made.
I sincerely hope you receive your PR very soon
