I did not submit anything before they asked. But for my partner we’ve submitted at the beginning and they did not ask from him.

They asked For My husband But he is overseas. And we submitted it just one month after received the AOR. But For me they didn't ask, yet.
They ask you for PCC only when you have stayed for more than 6 months in a country other than your country of origin and also they don't ask you for PCC so you don't need to worry. Yes, if you have not stayed in another country for more than six months.
Now I am very grateful if someone can answer this question:
we were requested by IRCC to submit PCC but my husband was not given PCC from Kuwait because his fingerprints are not in their system. But mine were present so provided me PCC and i submitted.

I am principal applicant, applier PR in Sept, 2023
they have so far asked for Finger Prints in January and PCC in June( both already submitted)
They also asked for few documents ( Proof of relationship, translation of marriage certificate) from husband.
Do you have any idea what to expect next?

You can request your notes but wait two or three months. The process moves slow and yours already have a movement on June. Good luck!
No, you can explain the reasons why you cannot provide the PCC from that country such as their requirements of having fingerprints. If you check the letter where they request for Police clearance certificate, they also mention if you’re unable to provide it then explain the reasons.
They will start the eligibility, security, criminality and background check process and you have to wait for it, I gave my PCC in September 2023, no updates since then, I applied in February 2023.
