I wouldn't be too worried. If someone at CPC Miss signed for your package it is surely soon to be processed. Be patient.ASantos said:I am feeling the same, I sent mine 13 jan I am so worried
I believe it means you have your SA approved already and they have your medicals as well. Congrats!Sandygeet said:Online status is decision made .... N medical received....... What does it mean ... Didn't get SA Mail yet ??

Has CIC asked you for another FBI background check? I received my AOR but not my SA. Should I expect a missing documents request soon? I also used a 3rd party, a channeling agent, to avoid the 4 month FBI background check wait. Was the March update, the thread's update or CIC's update? If that update was made by CIC, surely they can't enforce policies on applications that have been submitted already?borealis said:Bad news from another thread:

"...Citizenship and Immigration Canada does not accept FBI police certificates issued by FBI-approved third party private companies. Only police certificates issued directly by the FBI will be accepted. ..."

"What happened?!?!?! What happened to their compassion for those stuck in the 16-18 week queue for reports directly from the FBI?"
I thought I'd post it here in case some of you don't see the other thread.
We used a third party because it seemed as though the CIC recommend it to save time when we were filling out our application. They've changed their tune. Time to get the fingerprints done again, I guess.
No, they have not asked me for it at this point, and I cannot know if they will. I have my SA already, and the CIC says they have received the medical report. I'm not sure if this is a good sign or meaningless?kelfelselfey said:Has CIC asked you for another FBI background check? I received my AOR but not my SA. I'm worried. I live in Germany. Getting fingerprinted here is a pain.
I wouldn't worry too much. We just got approved for sa and my common law partner wasn't working either at the time the application was sent. We just sent in lots of proof of how she could support us if necessary. I think their main thing is they just want to make sure you will not go on welfare. I'm sure you will hear something soon.Winay said:I have sent application for my spouse on January 2015. Nothing got yet ! I was not working at the time, so didn't send my employment details, rather sent letter of support from my family members. Don't know will it impact or not? I am starting my new job from next month only? If anyone in a similar situation please tell how to deal it.
