Today arrived my package to the México Embassy with the last documents I had to send (FBI report, police certificates, residence fee receipt).

I hope that they process it fast to get my PPR soon!

The package was received by swaldo salinas. I've read some of your packages were received by him as well.

I have a funny story to share:
After a month without being surfing in Internet, I just opened my account today and found that from August 6, Mexico VO notified me that in order to expedite my process they were requiring to pay the RPRF and they were giving me 30 days to comply!! Fortunately I paid the fee today, only 5 days to deadline. I had to ran back to VO and asked them to expedite the whole thing as I had up to Sept. 6 to comply with that. Now I'm trying to send it via inquiry web page but I have found some difficulties to get through. The document is only 205 KB. So I don't think that's the problem. Any news that such web page has some problem? Please let me know.
So for the Chart: RPRF Requested: August 6, 2015.
RPRF Done: Sept. 1st, 2015
Please let me know.

Hi guys I want to share what happened to me yesterday. :


Around a week ago, we sent to Mexico Embassy the copy of my partner renewed passport via email. In addition, last saturday we sent via courier the police certificates that we were missing to send. According to previous notification, we were granted 30 days extension to send the documents, ending on september 20. However yesterday (september 2) I got a very confusing email from Mexico Embassy.

The email was on reply to the one I sent one week ago with the passport copy. What its confusing is that the email said that they are still waiting for us to send the police certificates, however the ups tracking service shows that they were received on day before (on september 1) by Soswaldo Salinas, and also in the email they remind to us that we have until september 4 as expiration date to send the documents.

We suppose that at the time they sent me the email they haven't seen the documents that we sent via courier, but they also made a mistake on the expiration date, since is september 20 and not september 4.

We immediately responded to them, and sent them the copy of the UPS reception confirmation and also a screenshot of the email where they granted us until september 20.

What do you think about this? I really hope they didnt had the chance to open the correspondance and that is why they are still asking for the documents.

Today my ECAS changed. Before it was showing only 2 lines now it is showing 7 showing detailed information related to all communications coming from Mexico VO:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on October 15, 2014.

2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on May 4, 2015.

3. We started processing your application on June 11, 2015.

4. We transferred your application to the Mexico City office on December 24, 2014. The Mexico City office may contact you.

5. We sent you correspondence on May 4, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before 6 sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

6. We sent you correspondence on June 11, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

7. We sent you medical instructions on June 11, 2015. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Before it was only showing lines 1 and 3.

So far it doesn't say anything related to receiving the Medicals (old line 3).

I have a question. Has your ECAS changed too?? Did they change it just before receiving 3rd Line or PR or just because the system got updated? Please any comments will be helpful.

Hi, my ECAS also got updated today. I did my medicals July 4 and I am still waiting for MCVO to receive them.
