Also the online status on CIC website says :

Sponsorship application status: In Process

We started processing your application on March 5, 2016.

Permanent Residence Application Status: In Process

We started processing Gurjit Singh Dhillon's application on August 2, 2016

So I am kind of confused how come both the statuses are in process. I don't know if I am approved as a sponsor??????

I got approval and file received by new Delhi office .i checked online , it shows status " in process " , nothing change .

We received letter from new Delhi, for education docs of my brother , he was 18 yrs old at the time ,we filed parent sponsorship . he did correspondence study for 1 yrs , after that and still now ,he is a regular student .
I m still worried for my brother .

When did they asked you for documents? You didn't submitted those documents before when they asked for additional documents ?

Hello Everyone,

I got an email on August 02,2016 from Delhi Embassy asking for travel history for my parents and the dependant child since they turned 18. Also for the Police clearance if not send earlier. Although I never received any email stating that my file has bee transferred to Delhi. They asked for 4 things in the email. 3 of them were already send in October 2015. In the email it also states that they will send a separate email for medical instructions. fingers crossed....

My file is few days ahead of you. I received letter from delhi for pcc (same letter you got) but i received letter for medical next day. So you should have received by now. They give you 30 days to complete medical. You should check if your letter is lost in communication.

I called my lawyer and he said they didn't get anything yet. Even I called CIC and they also said that they never send any instruction email yet

Have you already got the approval from Mississaugua Office as a soonsor? Or is it the first time they have asked you for this information since the original application was submitted?

They asked me for all this information before i got approved as a sponsor. My mom has already recieved the request for medical and police certificate.

I received medical request very next day after i received pcc, travel history and background declaration letter ( this was the first letter i received from new delhi visa office. There was no seprate email sent that file has been transferred)

Medical letter stated that medical must be done within 30 days.

For the list, i didnt check any list. We used the same hospital in our city that our friends have done medical with, so we knew they are in approved list of delhi immigration.

Ecas was updated within two weeks stating that medical have been received.

i was able to check your link and using it i was able to contact Medical test center in Hyderabad / India

they are charging Rs5.5k per person

but i need to wait for my letter requesting for medical from Ottawa office

in Hyderabad they are not issuing PCC and Medical in advance, they are asking for Letter from Visa Office with Applicant Name, File number and UCI

its same for PCC and Medical

Hi your case is very similar to mine. I have 80% confidence that you have passed sponsorship and should receive med exam soon. I never received approval either
