Any one there sponsoring parents with one dependent child , Please advise me .I applied in july 2011,at that time my brother was 18 yrs old, so we check option A dependent child .When CIC as for additional document in 2015, he was 22 yrs old .we check on B dependent child . Please advise me , I did right ?, or i need to check on option A , Because his age is locked in .
now file is in new Delhi , they are asking about his study after 22 .what should i do in this point .

If he is no longer in study and doing some job. Then remove him from application as dependent. Else provide the supporting docs. Thier is no such thing like lock in age. He is dependent or not at the present moment matters. Things and circumstances change all the time.

He did corespondent study in 2013 and 2014 . 2015 to 2016 until now , he is a full time student .

Your status as a dependent child is locked on the date of your application submission. If someone is "dependent type A" in 2011 they will remain same category of dependent until final processing of the application.
Even if that processing takes years you will still be considered the same type of dependent.

Hi Guys,

I created a GCKEY account and linked my application with the hope that i might see more details.

Unfortunately it shows everything in Progress including Eligibility whereas i was approved last year and the GCMS notes show that i everything except medical is complete. May be this information here is not complete.

Remember GCKey account information is all about permanent resident application not about sponsor person. There you will only see information about the PR application processing. As a sponsor you have already been approved that is why your application was transferred to LVO. When ever they touch permanent resident application an email alert will come to the provided email address. Sometime we don't see any update on the status but some progress happen internally on the file.

Yes you should correct this mistake as it could result in major problems.

Type A dependent at time of application must not get married until the processing is complete. There are no requirements of full time education. Type A dependent can also work.

Type B dependent has many more restrictions and must be in full time continuous study.

You have definitely made an error by changing into type B. Your dependent is still Type A and you need CIC to assess them as type A.

I have copies of form IMM 5009 F
That i sent to NDVO
I can't find option of this dependent childern A or B
Bcoz amy agent fill these forms
You may tell me where this option in?
