UCI is unique for everyone

My apologies for asking it again. I only have one UCI for myself as a sponsor. And I always use my name, DOB to login and check status.

I never saw that my parents have a different UCI?? Where can I find that??

It would be on the correspondents addressed to your parents.

Hello Everyone,

Need a suggestion !

I have to send my brother's birth certificate, Police clearance Certificate & education (10th & 12th) docs to Delhi office. (He's in Canada on study permit).

Need to know who to use to courier these things over Delhi immigration ???

Police clearance Certificate from the VFS Canada will take 6 weeks but these docs need to be there in 30days. Any advise ???

Thanks in advance.

Guys

This is really annoying.

Today i received the THIRD email from cic informing me that i have met the 'requirement for eligibility as a sponsor'

Today's email dated 15th Dec and previous email/letter dated 3rd Nov and 5th Nov.

I saw the email and literraly thought that it will be a PPR but so annoying.

Have anyone else received multiple letters/email?? Should i do anything about this??

Also ecas is still 'in process' for both categories.

Hi,

I sent all my documents via DHL and the New Delhi VO received them without any problem.

In the letter that I had received, I was asked to send everything to the following address.

Immigration Section
UNIT B
PO Box 5209
7/8 Shantipath, Chanakyapuri
New Delhi 110021 India

Since DHL and FedEx do not accept and deliver mail to PO BOX, I removed the PO BOX number and sent the package via DHL to the following address.

Hi Xbero,
I have received email from SVO and they said below:

Dear Sir / Madam,
Thank you for your enquiry to the Immigration Section of the High Commission of Canada in Singapore.
Please provide notarized copy of all school diplomas, certificates or degrees and copy of all secondary school and university transcripts for dependent.
Please submit the requested documents within 30 days. We hope this information will be of assistance.
Sincerely,

After that I have sent all education to SVO by email for a week ago. So is it problem? Or I must send all education to them by mail?
Please suggest any idea to me, thanks in advance

You cannot send notarized copy by email. That defeat the purpose to do notarization.

Hi,

Based on my experience, always follow VO's requirement. If the email you received instructed you to send by mail, then you should send by mail.

Sending a notarized copy of documents in email is less reliable for the VO's intended purpose because you are sending the notarized copy as scanned PDF attachment.

My suggestion is that you get the documents translated in English if it is in a different language, then get them all notarized and sent to SVO by mail to the address provided in the email you received. A notarized copy would have the verification stamp of notary which gives the copy of the document more credibility known as certified copy.
