Below is the timeline of my parents PR Application. Medical has done with additional tests in Pakistan. Waiting for the next email from CIC. E case is still showing up "In Process"
Any idea how long it will take more for the next step. Any advice will be highly appreciated.

Medical request..................................July, 2015
Medial Done.......................................July, 2015
Additional Medical (Sputum).................July, 2015
Final Xray...3 months after Sputum........Oct, 2015
Called Again by (Medical office IMO)..... Nov, 2015

why they again called ? what is the reason for calling again ?

they ask just for your brother or whole family? Also how much time it took for them.to respond after that?

Within 2 week of submitting document they asked for Mom and dad. For my brother we already provided them.

Urgent advice needed. We are at final stage of our immigration oyr visa office is London. They have emailed us yesterday asking for information about my brother's 10 months gap in which he was waiting for his result and later he got admission please advice what should we say to visa officers. They want us to reply them via email

They again (2nd time) asked my father to see the same cardiologist to check the heart condition either it is stable or not. Actually my father had heart and stroke attacks in the past. Now it is near about 2 months, No updates from CIC London.

Finally passports are back with visa for my parents with dependents from New Delhi...

It was very quick , passport was submitted on December-16 and received email from vfs on dec-18 that passports r dispatched from New Delhi, basically they issued visa in one day only..

Passport request came on December-4-2015 but somehow v submitted on dec-16 and received the delivery today.

Good luck to everyone and who helped me in this process...

I am a canadian citizen and I filed my parents sponsorship case in sept 2010. Along with my parents, I also added my 2 younger sisters as dependants.

My parents received the forms and documents request in sept 2014. I worked with a lawyer and he guided me to fill forms for my parents and just one sister as my income qualify for 3 ppl only. I did that and in nov 2015 my parents have received the medical and RPRF request from LVO and the visa office is VCM.

Now the problem is my only one sister is being left in Pakistan who is obviously dependent on my parents. she is 29. My parents cannot leave the country without her.

I wanted to know if there's a way where I could request my VO (VCM) to add my other sister as a dependant as she is the only one left and we cannot leave her alone in Pakistan ( keeping in mind the security condition there). DO you guys think there's a chance that the VO will consider on any humanitarian grounds? OR our case will be further complicated after emailing the VO.

Really need your valuable suggestions. Please Help

If your sister is 29 now,then even when you had applied in Sept 2010 your sister was above the age that cic consider as being a dependent. Also if your sister has never been mentioned on your application then your lawyer has advised you poorly because this is misrepresentation.

Even on humanitarian grounds just recently there was a case in the news where a couple did not disclose the birth of their child and cic won't allow them to sponsor the child.

You need to take proper advise from someone who is knowledgeable. Go to a recommended immigration consultant who will be able to guide you.

Finally PPR came through email and yes eric I did case specific enquiry to delhi on Dec 4th, but they did not reply me back, but I think they read my email. Canada visa forum is wonderful forum . Thanks to all for helping me and good luck to all.

Congrats. It took 6months for PPR after medical??

Have been dispatched hopefully will get them by tomorrow
