Hello everyone .
So proud of Delhi office lol . They are working really fast now I guess . So my file transferred to New Delhi on the April 4th , sponsorship approved on feb 24th .
Yesterday I got an email about additional forms and medical requests ,the email says that the medical request instructions is attached but I don't see anything. Do you guys know where I can find the information about medical stuff ? Any help would he appreciated. Thank you . Oh and the application is for my parents and one dependent who was under 18 when I applied .

Similar thing happened to me although my VO is manila. There was no attachement. I emailed them and asked for it and they sent the attachment right away. Ask your VO to send the missing attachment. Godspeed.

Any idea why educational docs were required when the dependent was below 22 at the time of application?

Hi first_generation,

Thank you for your response to my query. Information you shared and your personal experience is really helpful as it will definitely help us decide and bring my parents here early. I guess the two options we have now are:

1) Have my parents apply for supervisa if the insurance is affordable, this way cic should automatically have record of their medicals. Can anyone please recommend any insurance company?

2) Have my parents apply for regular visit visa from India and also take upfront medicals there before flying to Canada. This way I have to notify CIC about the upfront medical. When going for upfront medical, what should we ask at the doctors office? Upfront medical for parents immigration or Supervisa?

Please advice on the above two options.

Thanks

For the first one, sorry I don't have idea which insurance is good for SUPERVISA , but check this thread
http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/monthly-payment-options-for-super-visa-insurance-starting-july-8th-t154596.0.html

For the second one, I just told the clinic that we are doing upfront medical for visit visa extension. Just tell them exactly which one you are doing whether it's for SUPERVISA or just regular visa. I believe they are the same since they accept ours and also the other forum member who had done SUPERVISA medical for the PR medical. Just keep the e medical receipt they'll give you and inform CIC when they request for medical, although in my experience, they didn't even asked about the emedical receipt after I informed them. They just said disregard the request.

Anyhow, Godspeed in your processing.

yahh new delhi is fast enough.. i also got letter for some documents pcc and also for medicals. but medical forms are not attached by the email i consulted my lawyer he says check email for regular it will com between 15 days an another email which will provide medical forms ....

I had similar experience with regards to the missing medical file attachment. I contacted my VO (Manila) and they immediately emailed the missing files as in same day. I suggest you contact your VO and ask for the missing file attachment since you only have 30 days to do the medical.

But do you know why educational docs were required when the dependent was below 22 at the time of application?

I'm just concerned because my siblings are similar, below 22 at the time of application. But they did not continue schooling so we don't have educ docs to show with regards to that :(

. no u have to send new pcc with new date of issue because they want it updated as we passed 6 7 months old pcc cannot continue now.12 months they say the pcc u send must not have validation over 12 months.

If you sent pcc in August it would still be valid as only 8 months old. Why would you need another pcc. Not everyone provided pcc in Aug/sept and they need to send it now.

Hi Sooni
We have submitted supervise medical, PCC & Landing fees with additional documents which were received by them on 16th Sep 2014 as informed by CPC Mississauga vide letter dated 01.12.2014. PCC was issued in August 2014 valid upto Feb2014 in the meantime my father landed in Canada on supervisa and he is in Canada since November 2014 till date. Socan any forum member advise on the basis of past reference or experience as to whether freshh PCC is required though my father is in Canada since Nov 2014 and sponsorship approval received on 18th Feb,2014. In my opinion if new PCC is required perhaps same has to be obtained from Canada itself. So all are requested to give their opinion as to whether(1)new PCC is required especially when father landed in Canada in Nov2014 still here(2) whether super visa medical done in Feb 2014 is still valid for PR Regards
