When u got email for medical request, did they ask ur dependent to send education document to them or not?

Rs 5000 in India for my Dad. Emedical, but they wanted 5 pictures.

Have been asked to provide "original Upfront Medical Report form (IMM1017B UPFRONT)". However form is not attached. I read few posts saying I need to contact visa office. I will initiate this immediately.

Hello Friends,

I was looking at the status online today and noticed that "Decision Made" for Permanent Resident with following notes: Can any one advise what does that mean? I havent received any communication yet regarding the decision.

1.We received application for permanent residence on December 20, 2010.

2.We started processing application on April 24, 2015.

3.Medical results have been received.

4.A decision has been made on application. The office will contact concerning this decision.

Hi Applied2010. No, they did not ask and hopefully not in the future. I was just wondering from the previous post of Kkaur84, apparently they asked educ docs from his dependent. I tried to clarify about it but it seems kkaur84 has not been online since few days after the visa issuance. Hopefully he logs in again sometime and enlighten that concern I have.

How about you, did they ask for any educ docs for the dependent?

No, I didn't receive medical request yet. I just got SA on March 31 and transfer to Singapore. I don't know how much time to get news from Singapore
