Requirements for medical examination
If your sponsored relative ( s ) have not already done so, your relative ( s ) must provide
an original upfront medical report form ( immi 17uupfront ) signed by a panel physician
or an E - medical upfront medical notification information sheet. Your relatives must
complete the medical examination and once completed, forward this information directly
to the visa office along with a copy of this letter, your application has been transferred
to the visa office noting this deficiency. Your relative must forward the medical information
directly to the visa office to allow continued processing of his / her application. Failure to do so
will result in delays and possible refusal of your relative s application.
But we already sent medical information in last December as I mentioned to you before
So please advise me what should I do .

You should definitely send Delhi an email because your mum and brother have already done medicals.
Explain this along with the fact that the principal applicant was changed from your dad to your mum and the reason for this, and ask them when to expect passport request. At least once you send the email someone will have to look at your file and check the information you have stated in your email.

You are very close to getting passport requests as that is the final stage and you have completed everything else.

Right of permanent residence fee (RPRF)
If the right of permanent residence fee is applicable to your application and you have chosen
to defer payment of that fee, you will be contacted to make the payment at a later date. A permanent
resident visa cannot be issued to your relative ( s ) until this payment is submitted.
So should I write something about RPRF too and we already paid that fee in sep 2013.

So proud of Delhi office lol . They are working really fast now I guess . So my file transferred to New Delhi on the April 4th , sponsorship approved on feb 24th .
Yesterday I got an email about additional forms and medical requests ,the email says that the medical request instructions is attached but I don't see anything. Do you guys know where I can find the information about medical stuff ? Any help would he appreciated. Thank you . Oh and the application is for my parents and one dependent who was under 18 when I applied .

Yes tell them it is paid if you did it online and have a copy of the printout receipt then scan and attach it to your email.

I am exactly in the same boat like you. And yes, i am very happy with the Delhi office. They are super fast. I didnt see any medical instruction in my email as well though they mentioned that they are attaching some information. I looked into the CIC website and i am forwarding a link that might be of some help

Hello all,

I received an email today from New Delhi visa office requesting my parents to do medicals. They also requested me to submit all the documents i submitted for my parents PR application to Mississauga office last year. I am happy with the speed LVO is proceeding. I got the AOR from them on April 17, 2015 and in a week's time, got the medical request on April 25.

My thoughts exactly.Nothing seems to be happening at Ottawa. Just wondering if Ottawa office is sending anyone medical request. Anyone heard back from Ottawa this month. So disappointing having to wait as each day comes and goes..............

yahh new delhi is fast enough.. i also got letter for some documents pcc and also for medicals. but medical forms are not attached by the email i consulted my lawyer he says check email for regular it will com between 15 days an another email which will provide medical forms ....

You need Imm 1017e which they have to send it to you in order for you to undergo medical exam
