Except that both of them are now working... This is actually what worries me, that they will no longer be considered financially dependent at the present time. In my mind I'm desperately holding on to the lock-in age. Though I can refer to sections of the IRPA & OPs that is in favor of my case, I hate to think that I have to go thru appeals if ever a bad reviewer/approver got into my case

I can't help but overthink things...
I just hope I hear from others with similar case that have positive result...

If you read thoroughly about the definition of dependents and everything about dependents in CIC and I guess that is somewhere in the IMM forms.. then you will have your answer...

I have not received my AOR in fact. I contacted CIC several times last year in December and they mentioned that they did send me an AOR dated on Sept 5, and another copy of it in Dec 24 by physical mail. Strangely, I did not receive any of those letter. I got sponsorship approver letter through email.

Hi my date of AOR is 16th Sep when CPCM confirmed receipt of additional documents and they are complete. Will you please give actual date of AOR of your additional documents Rgds
