Hi my date of AOR is 16th Sep when CPCM confirmed receipt of additional documents and they are complete. Will you please give actual date of AOR of your additional documents Rgds

CPC M vide email dt 29.01.2014 has directed to submit form IMM1344 new
Will any body guide me as how CPC M instead of issuing sponsorship approval on
AOR 16 Sep 2014 directed to fill and send IMM1344 New
Is it is furtherance of sponsorship?
How much more time will be taken by CPC M for sponsorship approval and file transfer

What is your complete timeline? What does AOR Sept 16, 2014 represent? Is this the date you submitted additional docs to CPC M? You should have received the Acknowledgement in early December 2014, in that case your AOR is Dec 2014. If i understood correctly, your additional documents were received by CPC M on Sept 16, 2014 and you got the request to submit IMM 1344 on Jan 29, 2015 instead of approval? Please share your complete timeline.

I request the forum members to include the day with the month and year when mentioning their status date. There is huge difference when saying submitted in Sept 2014 as compare to Sept 01, 2014 or Sept 30, 2014, so please mention the complete date.

My complete timeline is as follows:

Application submitted: Sept 27, 2010 ( No Dependants)
Additional Doc requested: July 31, 2014
Additional Doc received by CPC M: Sept 16, 2014
Acknowledgement Received: Dec 10, 2014 (Letter dated Dec 01, 2014)
Sponsorship Approval: WAITING (Hoping sometime this week)

India specific question, my parents live in Punjab, India.. does anyone know how much time it takes to get the police clearance certificate? Also, which is quick/easy to get - Senior Superintendent of Police or the Regional Passport Office?

congrats mrs-vkp. very pleased for you. regarding PCC in india the regional passport office PCC is not accepted by cic. I read somewhere that is not the one you get but go to SSP and get it from there.

If your parents are in Punjab, I know these days Punjab Police are fairly quick with PCC. Just make sure your parents follow up with the request. someone(usually constable) from the police station which is local to their house will come to the house to check and then a little bit of paperwork. not difficult or time consuming. don't worry about it.Tell your parents to get details of constable(mobile no.) who comes to the house so they can follow up and get things done quickly.

My time line is as under:
Original application received by CPC M 24.01.2011(Only Father No dependent)
Add document asked by cpc M 31 July 2014
Ad Docu received by CPC M 16 sept 2014 (Conveyed byCPC M letter dated 01.12.2014 that they received additional documents on 16th september and application is complete)
Now vide email dated 29th Jan 2015 cpc M sent new form IMM1134 new(Earlier IMM1134 was also submitted) to be submitted to cpc M before 28th Feb 2015, however I have today validated form on line and form duly signed by sponsor& Cosponsor & principal applcant sent to cpc m today 4th feb 2015
Can anyone advise me further waiting period for issuance of sponsorship approval letter

I just called CIC, the agent said i should have received a letter of confirmation after they received my additional doc (sent in Oct 2014), but i didn't get any. She said she is not able to tell what's the status and did they receive it or not, but she will send in a request to re send that confirmation letter. :'(

Cic recieved additional documents on sep 15 and I got AOR dec 5, 2014 with letter dated nNov29.

Didn't get anything after that ..really worried.

As iateapple said hang in there. just to reassure you are not alone, so far on this forum I have logged 58 forum members who have so far send documents in response to letter dated 30 July 2010. The first person said they sent documents back on 6 Aug and members have been sending documents up to the end of October.

So far only 23 people have posted receiving approval so far, we are still waiting for updates from the remaining 35 members who also post on this forum.

Hope that bit of information helps cheer you up and everyone else who is waiting for some news.

I received my AOR on Dec 9th but haven't received the approval yet. I called them today and all they said is "call us if you don't hear anything for 6 months"
Talking to them is useless, its lot more comforting sharing experiences here in this group

welcome to the forum. you now make that 59 people and 36 who are waiting for sponsorship approval.
what date did you send your documents in Aug/Sept.
As iateapple said in an earlier post by posting exact dates it becomes easier for all members to compare their timeline with others around them.
