The principal applicant's mailing address is what they need, which in your case would be your father or mother's residence address in India

I was thinking other way, keep Mailing Address mine in Canada but Residence address in India? Thoughts?

It's under the requirements for Principal applicant and not for Sponsor, therefore, they are asking for Principal's mailing address.

Yeah... you are right. Only reason they will contact Applicant (my parents) would be when they are ready to ask for Medicals or any other docs from them. I think..

Hi Jeleni.. i sent my app for sponsorship in July 2010 and I also received letter today to submit the docs within 90 days. Quick question.. did you notice the sequence of docs requested, it says 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10.. and same sequence on the back side. Is it just me and wondering if page is missing or there is an error in the document they sent.

It looks like all they are asking is Option C.. and imm008/dep from primary applicant, identity info, photos. Correct?

Could you guys please share the document list which are requested so we also get started to prepare it? Thanks for answer in advance!!!

I have applied for my mother's sponsorship in Dec 2010. Received a letter from CPC last week on July 30, 2014 requesting for additional documents. They have asked for Option "C" print out for the tax year I submitted my application and for the year before the application was submitted. My income for the year I submitted my application is less than the financial requirements. I am worried what should I do. Currently I am employed with a good salary. should I submit my current pay stubs and employment letter. would that help? Can any one please advise? I appreciate your help.

same here I got same letter on july30 I applied in november23 2010.in 2010 my income was good.but in 2009 my income was low.i m also worried same.......

A quick question!

In background declaration form :-

In personal history and address do we have to also add the time my parents visited my bro in Canada for 6 months on visitors visa?? Do I add that detail in personal history or not!! Or it is valid only for some one who has stayed in a place for more than a year!! ( otherwise wouldn't they ask for PCC form that country)

do not send photocopied signatgures, CIC will send your package back......must be original

Thank you for your response. I have another question, under background declaration, personal history, if my parents travel for vacation like for a few weeks, do i need to fill that out? For example, my mom would come stay with me for a few months do i need to fill that information in? My dad was working the whole time but he does go on business trips, do i need to fill those out as well?

i just want to know about the right of permanent residency fee for four like one applicant (dad),mom,dependent now age 24 but at the time of application was 20 and one dependent is 18 years. can someone calculate for me please? thanks in advance.

I am posting in this forum because I am also a 2010 sponsor for a parent. I am currently in the process of filling in the various forms:

I have a few questions based on the list posted:

5 Use of a representative (IMM 5476) - As the Sponsor I am also filling in the forms for my parent. Should I still complete the Use of a Representative as myself?
