Call center said we have to wait until end of 2015 and then give them a call.
We are trying to call them this week.

unbelievable still no news for you. yes you can send case specific email. you need to send it to Mississauga. however if you contact call centre and they send email it maybe a little faster.

Medicals were done in July and Visa office is CPC-Ottawa.

Wow, it took 6months after medicals. Was there any additional tests required?? Or was any additional information was asked??

My visa office us Ottawa as well and now don't have the patience to wait for 4 more months.

That is long.. usually 3 months after medical for Ottawa. Or at least that is what it seems from the spreadsheet.

However, Request to submit passport to Islamabad office while parents are on visit visa in Canada.
Anyone in the same situation , are we suppose to submit passport to home office although the processing was done in London and applicants are in Canada?

That is long.. usually 3 months after medical for Ottawa. Or at least that is what it seems from the spreadsheet.

I think when he did the medial. It was upfront. He didnt really get the medical request. Everyone gets upfront nowadays when files were transferred. However, that didn't mean anything. I got medical request from Ottawa three months after upfront. I am expecting another three months after medical is done which is 6 months. I think his timeline makes sense.

Even my parents did the upfront medicals. ECas was updated with 'medical results have been received' within the same week of medicals. I hope i get the PPR this month. Today just entered into 3rd month after doing the medicals.

Oh sorry I forgot to mention this. We did upfront medicals in July and got the passport request in DEC.
