unbelievable still no news for you. yes you can send case specific email. you need to send it to Mississauga. however if you contact call centre and they send email it maybe a little faster.

VFS global is the company used to process applications by the Canadian High Commission overseas.

not courier but more the service provider where you submit applications and pickup passports with visas. Its the same process in India and other countries.

we have completed the upfront medical back in November and submitted along with our documents requested. Today received an email requesting to do the medical. Do we have to redo the medical? Or that was sent in error.

I got 3 emails about sponsership approval with 45days.

I think their system is f*****d up. My eCas was updated with medical received but they kept sending me sponsership approval letters.

If you did e-Medical then you could forward the information sheet given to your parents via a case specific email mentioning the date they completed their medicals.
Hopefully if they need any further information they will contact you.
