Dear my friends. Concerning the proof of relative's residency in canada. My grand mother recently became a canadian citizen, but all bills are being addressed to my step grad father. So what documents may i propose to CIC to be deemed as definite. Many thanks, hope you'll receive meds soon.

A copy of her citizenship card
Any document or certificate of marriage between ur grandmother and her husband
Bills, Income tax, ect....
A letter explaining the situation.

As per the regulations, grandmother is considered a relative in canada from which you can claim points.

With youskal's permission there is no difference between Citizen & PR in this case

what do you mean before? if you mean older than 6 months ago , I have no idea but if you mean the processing time before 68 months , no it was 67, so only one more month longer by now
