Just live ur lives. and stop thinking about this matter.
I applied in 2004 and i forgot about it. and the sent me the med doc on 2010..
It is really frustrating if i m gonna live all my days just thinking about this immigration.
If i would really do as u r doing now, I think i wont achieve any thing in my life..
So just be patient and soon everything will be fine with u.

I dont know how reliable this table is, but I think 2200 visas will be issued in warsaw offic throughout 2011 for old and new applications

Nice piece of information.

Guys comparing with 2005 batch and threads being read, if they are to treat us like them, then:

%40 should get medicals after 6 months of update
%40 should get medicals after 8 months of update
%20 should get medicals after 1 year of update or more

all of the above are rough estimates, but what i mean is that some of us should start receiving medicals during march at least, for example Ali who's a Jan applicant.....

I have received the following information from various sources. I wonder if you agree on their correctness.
1. That we were asked to send our PCCs means that we've been accepted. It's only the background check which is going on.
2. We will receive medicals within the coming 2 months.

wow, nice piece of information, Its good to hear someone officially protesting, however, I don't think it will have any impact, I once sent a direct email to the minister using the CIC website link, my letter had the same context, stressing on ppl waiting for 5 or more years, i got a reply from the minister office 4 weeks later stating that they are doing the best that they can and that they have a huge backlog, by the way this was before introducing the new system which lead to some of our 2009 friends, ppl that we know, to be now in canada while we are still here waiting for the first phase to be done.

The new system is the most rediculous program ever, you know? its really unfair nd I can never get why with thousands of old applicants with even needed occupations they have introduced such wierd system why??????????
