Dear Bashar, from the sound of it, you seem to be a quebec applicant? are you? if yes then you're application is late, you should have had the visa by now, contact them via case-specific inquiry...

Dear Fadi

After u sent the medical, have u got any notification from the Canadian Embassy that they have received your medical test?
Please advise.

there, can you clear it up, your talk is quite vague and stressful, there are many people who have sent the medical results to warsaw months ago with no reactions from them yet, no worries. by the way if dear fadi akes them by emailing, they will surely let him know whether or not they have received the medical results straight away

it dosent mean if you mail them they will answer you like this.I just wanted to say there are another applicants like him/her and they didnt recive passport request and when they asked when they will recive it they answered .......................

guys breathtaking news:::::::::::

an Iranian 2006 applicant has received the refusal letter due to not submitting the IELTS proof. The information on his file as follows:

processing starting date Otober 2006
submission of the updated documents :December

did they reach last 3 months of 2006 , my family applied december 2006 but no news still , and also my dad is a full university professor he completed his phd from oxford but his career is in an arabic speakin country but his speciality medicine is mostly in english

i told him he dont need to apply for ielts based on this fact what do you think armintaba is it risky , as i cant imagine my dad taking an exam now!!!

Cold...
I graduated from UK Universities, and i lived in the UK for more than 7 years.. considering all the previous issues, I thought they don't require IELTS. But unfortunately they told me just the native speaker they don't need to apply for IELTS exams.
So i think your dad must apply for the IELTS exam..

No IELTS is not compulsary, if you can score 67 points with the rest of your qualifications, then you dont need to take te ielts test, refer to cic, this is obvious

I dont stomach it either, but its happened. I dont know how, cus I have heard that the last 3 months of 2006 have not even been requested for the UL yet

Dears, Armintaba, thanks for the feedback.

Is it confirmed that IELTS is not compulsary, I know it is for new applicants, but for old I'm not sure, nevertheless, how come the guy was refused for missing IELTS, was he refused for missing IELTS or for not enough points?

By the way, for the applicant that was rejected, in case of rejection because of "not enough points", they inform you soon because its the initial phase before background check, first they calculate the points according to provided info, tentative points, then they confirm the points during background checks.

On the other hand, for old applicants, ones that have enough points and they pass background check, CIC is intentionally delay sending medicals because of 2 related things: backlog and quota, so for example, after sending the updates, its clear within the next 2 months that the person is eligible, but they wait 8 or more months to send the medicals.....

No confirmation from the embassy was received. Only delivery report from the courier company (FEDEX)

Dear friend,
believe me after more than 5 years of waiting it won't surprise me to hear that! they are professionals in delay and perocracy!! sometimes I think that they are working on a total mess with no system or order. But if such thing took place I may sue them to pay the fees of the medical tests, what do you think pals???????????hhhhhhhhhh
