Since morning I've been checking the Iranian forum pages and understood that the rest of 2005 applicants are getting the medicals within 9 months because of the security check .

The security/background checks has two stages:

Background checks:
It is before meds which involves with checking integrity of submitted docs, letter of reference etc.

Security checks:
This one is after meds which involves with criminality, the police clearance and these type of checks.
Since the CIC should work with several agencies to get it done, there is an uncertainty about timing.

my file is going from country to country,
its passed near poland, then back again to another far place.

No worries, eventually it will arrive at canadian embassy in Warsaw, however once you are about to reach the deadline you can email them. Find the dhl,...,office email adress in your city and let them know what is going on. they track it themselves then tell you when it will reach the destinaion.

i contacted them today, they said it will be delivered soon, but there was a problem with the weather in europe.
hope that its 100% true.
