HAHA DO YOU WORK FOR IMMIGRATION CANADA ? YOU THINK POSTING COUPLE POSTS HERE AND THERE YOU WILL SAY WHAT EVER IS RIGHT? YOU KNOW WHAT 1500 ITA'S EVEN MEAN? IT MEAN THERE ARE ABOUT 1500 CANDIDATE ALL OVER THE WORLD WITH A SCORE OF 451. JUST SO YOU KNOW LMIA AND PNP TAKES TIME. NEARLY 3- 4 MONTHS . AND YOU ARE SAYING THE SCORE WONT COME DOWN BELOW 450 BECAUSE YOU READ COUPLE POSTS HERE AND THERE AND MAKING A JUDGEMENT . YOUR ANSWER IS IRRELEVANT. THE SCORE HAS TO COME DOWN BELOW 450 IN A DRAW OR TWO .
Crikey! That's a bit harsh

And, IMO, your reasoning is flawed: we don't know that ~1500 candidates had 451 points; for all we know, 10% had 451 or close to that (over, obviously) & 90% had considerably more.
I'll admit, along with the OP, that I'm not expecting the score to drop much more this year; I think it might even jump in the next draws. But that's just an opinion, to which we are all entitled, so don't shout at me, please
