Hi Estuardo! From what I've seen on this forum getting the medical request is a very good sign. It generally means as long as everything checks out with what you send them, it would be likely that you would be approved for PR. So send them what they need as soon as possible :). Buena suerte!

From what I have been told, yes processing times begin at the reception of application. But remember that processing times are just an average of recent applications and can be shorter or longer.

Well we received the PPR yesterday! We didn't hear anything for over 6 months and then got a nice email yesterday morning asking for my wife's passport, no update on ECAS or GCkey before or anything, just straight to PPR. Hope you get some good news soon!

Yup applied outland, got SA on Aug 15th. One issue I think is they keep raising the processing times in the LimaVO. When we applied it was 10 months, now it's up to 15 :(. I'm holding out hope that the 10 months will still apply to us but I'm really not sure!
