GCKey says still in process and DM at the same time?

Hi guys just had a question for you. On my GCKey it says:
"Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made."

But when I click the ? mark it says:

"We have reached a final decision on your application.
If your application is approved, we will send you instructions on what to do next.
These instructions will be sent to your account.
If your application is refused, we will send you the reason(s) for the refusal."

But on my ECAS it doesn't say anything like that. I'm just wondering if anyone has something similar or it's just a general thing that they have put in the ? mark.
I want to know whether to get excited or not . Thanks

Damn. Well, I was thinking that was the case, it's a bit strange to have that as the message when it's clicked. Thanks for letting me know!
