Do we need to have spouse's name on each of our passports does it create any issue ? I have submitted my application with passport copies that do not have spouse names however i have also submitted my marriage certificate copies.

I just realized when i submitted my application my employer reference letters didnt mention my job duties. I have requested another letter now just wanted to see if i can send it over to them before they ask for it ? If yes, how and where to send it ? Can anyone please advise !
