Any way to find out ? .. based on your experiences ?

...CEC qualifying period is: O9JUL2OII TO 08JUL2014...

CEC qualifying period is the clue. Xamagin has work experience ...Work Experience 1: 26MAY2010 TO O9DEC2OII,... which is more than 1 year, but only O9JUL2OII-O9DEC2OI considered for eligibility.

Hard to say what will happen on second review...

Not sure if anybody knows certainly when second review happens. But maybe "Due Date" under Eligibility Assessment on your GCMS notes can give you an idea when could it happen? Try to ask May/June applicants if Due Date was accurate for them.

But regardless second review, do you have a chance to proof any canadian experience after Dec 2011? I think it would be the best case for you to satisfy VO.

Double check your documents, forms and dates to find the issue.
Valid period of work eligibility for PR starts from the date of your work permit and you must not be student during those dates.
If you were still students and did not receive your completion of degree requirements letter, then you cannot count them as valid work days, and you cannot do anything about it.

If it is a minor mistake from your side, you might be able to fix it before second review.

I think that now the cards are being shipped to those who landed in first week of May ... If anyone has received the card, please update ...

I was told by a CIC agent that the card has been shipped to the Calgary address on Wednesday last week, still didn't get anything yet ...

Is there anyone who got confirmation of card being shipped and have not received it ...

Is it shipped from Nova Scotia or what?
