However as said by Amisnic, I agree, but vivmehta is 9 July applicant, so that application must have gone through some VO and there should be notes on GCMS.

Anyways, I suggest vivmehta to double check all 36 pages and if there is really nothing mentioned by any VO, then call CIC customer care to know the reason of delay.

I applied GMCS on march 10 and file applied on july 09.So the GMCS notes which i received showing the status till march 10th is it possible?

Hi vivmehta,

With the information seen on the above 3 notes, there is nothing much we can know about because it's all administrative notes. No visa officer had assessed your file until 10th March (the date you applied GCMS, notes get generated as of that day - i.e. as of 10 march only, and it is sent out exactly after 30 days, so you received it today).

As I said - you shall apply another GCMS notes now.

If you have doubts on your file, like documents lacking the information eg. employment letter without job duties, or anything like that, then start accumulating proper documents and send them only upon request from CIC in near future, by chance such thing happens to you.

Also do call to CIC customer care as they can access you file and can let you know with problematic information, if any.

Keep posted if you get any additional information, will try to help accordingly.

hey Vivmehta..i called twice CIC ,but everytime they called me to wait and also they told the 1st officer is reviewing my file.

Dial 1 888 242 2100 and then Use option 1-2-0 or 1-3-0 to quickly connect to the customer care representative..
