I am encouraged, but one more thing: I sent my passports express mail and according to the post office they received it AUG. 30. Did you all get an "email confirmation" from the embassy saying that they received your passports or did you just use the post office confirmation?

Thanks for your replies. I take the kids back and forth to visit their dad. I am close to the border. I know I have to get him to court to sign a form saying I can get the kids passports. I found that out after I posted this. I will call my lawyer and get that done!

I was previously married and so was my husband and I recieved a letter from immigration saying there is no need for an interview. So no, it's not required. We did send in a bunch of phone records, etc. and wedding pictures to prove our relationship. :D
