You are not required to fill the authorization number field so what you did is correct. As for waiting since November, did you check your spam folder??? did they charge your CC?? if not then i suggest Sending a letter to Sydney or just send a new application. This is an unusually long time...

I got the same letter! basically it means you should NOT have paid online because its only for people inside canada, but since you also included form 5620 they will debit your credit card the fees and refund the one you already paid online. the confusion comes from whether they will...
