I have applied in December 2009 and received documents request on Feb 10th, right now i am in the process of gathering the documents.
I have small query regarding the Travel history documents, i went to UK on work permit for 2 months. so my query is that what are the supporting documents i should submit for Travel history.

I have read in another thread about u that u have been issued a reference file number...

NOC ko is 1221. Something's bothering me nga e. Kasi nailagay ko sa fee payment form is $550 CAD pero ung nakalagay sa total amount is $500 CAD lang. Maski ung dun sa "I agree to pay" section. Sana lang di maging ground un para ibalik nila ung form ko kasi logic nalang na 550 dapat ang ikakaltas nila sa credit card ko di ba. Im working dito sa makati kaya pinadala ko sa makati post via registered mail...wish ko lang nareceive nila before december. ang hirap pala mag hintay noh. ilan taon ka na. (if u don't mind me askin)

yes BM maybe right...application might be returned to you, but maybe if they going to ask you to resend it again..they will consider it naman cguro nila un and maybe they will process it faster.. Im a clinical instructor..nurse educator...im 30 years old...How bout you? Actually my hubby is the principal applican im only his dependent..

I sent form 5620 for CC
and no they didn't charge me.
they sent me an E-mail with a reference number and Told me my file wont be processed due to insufficient job duties and they will only send original documents back, if applicable.
So from what i understand, I'm refused but have a reference number and the won't send me my file, i have to send a new one

Sorry for causing some traffic...

I just hope u cud still shed some some light over here...

For my POF, I need almost P1M as we are 4 in the family.

Can i include my own vehicle to somehow compensate the total POF?
(If yes, do I need an officer to evaluate its actual cost?)

Or the vehicle prop is only honored in Manila embassy? But not in London (my VO)?

Hello gauri,

I have been on the "November Applicants forum" but perhaps should move to this one. My courier track shows that my application was received by LEO BURNS at NIO, Sydney on 9 November 2009 (that is why I was posting posts on the NOVEMBER thread). However, my e-CAS as of 16 February started showing that my application was received on 31 December 2009. My CC has not been charged and I anxiously await my AOR.

This may indicate the back log the CIO office may be having to deal with (7 weeks to open an envelope).

Copy of all pages of Passport is good enough proof

So in general the receiving staffs hand it over to processing unit in a day or so. But in your cse there has been a long delay.

Is there any applicant under FSW cat - 3 here who could be saling in the same boat as me?

I came to Canada in 2008 to pursue one year PG course which was done in 2009. I have been in a job here since May 2009. My employer can NOT get an "Arranged Employment Offer approved by Service Canada" for me therefore can not get my work permit extended. My PG work permit will expire in June 2010. Considering the time lines on other threads, I am sure I will not get my PR process completed by Buffalo Consulate (mentioned by me in my application) by June 2010. What are the options now?

Agree Ankit. There has been long and unreasonable delay. I have gone through very tense time. Could it be beacuse of different time lines for different catgories (FSW 1, 2,3)?
