CSIC is the only place you should look to get a consultant from, if you decide to get one. a lawyer who does not care about paying the fees what makes you think she will care about your case.

I did not apply yet but from what i understand, after you receive AOR and they decide you're application passed initial assessment, they will then cash your check or debit your credit card with the fee and send you an email telling you they sent your application to your visa office and to wait...

they sent medicals for your wife after she had the baby???? if thats the case than you'll have to wait or contact them regarding your daughters medicals. if your wifes medical was before she had the baby then they will request new medicals for both of them and you will be issued new visas.
