    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2013

^^ I was on a 1 year post grad work permit...I was trying to figure out if it was extendible or not as well. I found out that it IS NOT extendible and you can't work on implied status from a PGWP. A lot of people on this website say that it's ok to work if you send in a open work permit, but...

Do you think it`s just pure luck that UKZippy got his AIP before January 2013 applicants? I find it odd, but nonetheless, congrats to you!

Just got off the phone with a very nice call centre agent. They were able to confirm with me that my OWP was attached to my PR application! This makes me extremely happy as I was scared I would get AIP soon and no OWP, and then have to apply for one online and wait another 1-2months for that...

Hello friends, Need some help for anyone that has tried calling the call center before. This is the number I called: 1-888-242‑2100 (I'm assuming it's the right number?) So I selected permanent residence when I got the automated voice, and then I used my UCI number and confirmed my birthdate...

^ I would get a new lawyer...the OWP is only looked at right after stage 1 so it needs to be sent with your package or after you get your AOR. Medicals is optional yes, but I'm almost positive that you need to send the police reports with package or it won't be complete and risk getting it sent...

I'm outa here guys. Going to Waterton for the long weekend. Waterton Lake is 1/2 in USA and 1/2 in Canada, there is a ferry that goes on both sides. I might cross into the USA part just to say screw you CIC lol (no border agents or anything so completely not risky at all). Have a good weekend!

I'm not a rude person and don't rarely go off like this, but I don't see how Canada will ever benefit from an attitude like yours. PS, anyone can continue to work as long as they had a visa. My PGWP expired and I could have kept working because I sent my PR application and OWP before PGWP...

Apply Inland after IEC expire keep working and now AIP refuse

James...trust me we all want to work up here, but you have yet to find anyone to agree with you on this. Give it up and quit working just like the rest of us. Your only hurting future people that might come on here, read one quote from you and assume it's ok to work here.
