We used DHL courier from Poland with no problem (picked up June 22, arrived on the 28th). Had a single tracking number all the way til the final location.
@Huntingwhale - I saw on the spreadsheets tracker we have very similar applications (Canadians in Poland sponsoring Ukrainian spouses), however we did not certify our wedding certificate through MFA, just notarized copy + translation. Wish us luck!
Yeah most notaries have that policy here. I think you can work around it (in Poland at least) by having a sworn translator present and orally verifying/translating the foreign document - our backup plan was to try that out.
Luckily, I also found a sworn translator in the city that handles...

In regards to something as informal as #3 (written letters by friends and family), do you think it would be sufficent enough to have a translation done through an online service, rather than a local notary as they are quite...
Hello everyone, my wife and I are in the process of filling out forms and gathering documents to apply for spousal sponsorship to Canada from Warsaw (I am Canadian/Polish, she is Ukrainian). I was hoping someone had experience applying from Poland and I have 3 questions in particular I'm looking...
