Gam, Can you share your more detailed timeline? When did you apply? When did you add your spouse? and if you both recieved medical requests? Also, what did they ask you in the telephonic interview?

What document(s) did they ask for initially and now? You can call CIC and ask.

You should apply now and you should apply ASAP. check processing times on the website.
