No the same city. To be honest I dont worry about processing time, I am worrying to not get any mail to my old address before my application change into the process. Not sure is it even possible to receive any mail from them before my application change the status into the process.

My new address is within province so thats why I dont know should I wait?

Guys even January applicants are still waiting for their AOR, so why are you so nervous about getting yours? I am April 6th applicant, only one from the 6th who did not receive AOR and thats just ok.

Are you AOR from February 2016 or 2017? They asked you for an explanation after a year you applied for PR? Did you apply with the same passport you got refused for us visa?
