No system is slow. It happened to me when I got an email after 10 pm local time that my application is updated.

So that's the point I was asking for. They are probably checking US for people who has some connection to US, visa, stamps or such. I was just wondering if 1500 people get ITA per draw and there are at least two draws per month what a waste of time would be to check that to each applicant.

Maybe because you have US visa in your passport. Just wondering if they are checking that for each applicant it would take forever to finish all this.

I don't think you should worry since I had aor on November 10th and I got medical passes yesterday together with a background in progress.
