Maybe a rejection because 67 points is the minimum requirement for FSW applicant.

An applicant (amazing27) whose application was received last November 8, 2011 already got his PER (equal to 1st AOR). :)

Under FSW, there's no accountant related NOC in the present 29 NOC occupation list. You're not eligible to apply if it's not in the list. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp

Maybe he completely misinterpreted the question. But to return to your question: In my application, I included my NOC number in the address to CIC written in my envelope package. I feel it will do no harm but will be advantageous in my opinion. :)
