    No IELTS = Incomplete application This is a strict rule even you have used English language all your life. Also one year experience is the minimum requirement to be eligible :)

    If ever the NOC 4151 Psychologist fits your work experience then you're eligible for the FSW Program. But you should provide an Employment Certificate enumerating your job descriptions similar to this signed by your boss. Employment Certificate is a very critical requirement in your application...

    I did not include the birth certificates because in my country we can get a copy from our National Statistics (census) Office which is already notarized by them (not by a separate notary lawyer). So I'm considering it as an original. Maybe it's a case to case basis and country by country case...

    Some submit their passport not notarized but my personal advise is to have it notarized. Sometimes more is better than less. But you can decide what you want. Just confirm if some members here got PER even submitting a non-notarized passport copies (I believe they have). Wait for others comments.

    No, it's for the payment of ones application and it should be in Canadian Dollars. There are two ways to pay, thru Credit Card and Bank Draft. Show Money popularly refers to Proof of Funds. :D

    I think you're under NOC 1123 which is not in the present list as you said. There are other ways to migrate to Canada. 1. Provincial Nominee Program 2. Arranged Employment Opinion 3. Quebec Skilled Worker Just read some information about them. :)
